Are you insured?——– We are fully insured, most are not so ask do to some location require it.
Who exactly will be shooting my wedding?————The owner of Lynchburg Paul.
What type of equipment will you be using to video my wedding?——The same cameras we use to shoot TV shows and news.
How many cameras do you use to video a wedding?——We like to use 2 but it is the customer’s choice.
What type of microphone do you use?—–Wireless and on camera during the Ceremony and then just on camera during the reception.
How many hours of coverage do you provide?—-Our standard package covers 2 hours before the ceremony to the end of the night with no time limit.
Do you include editing, music and titles in your quoted price?—-Yes, Our price is complete no hidden costs.
Can I buy the unedited master DVD?—–It is available if you wish to have a copy.
How much do additional DVD’s cost?——We provideo 3 with every package but copies only cost $5.00 each if needed.
What exactly will the final DVD look like?—-Your DVD will look a lot like our wedding demo.
When will I receive my final DVD?—— We try for a month turn around but may take 2 - 3 during the peak season.
Do you charge for mileage between the wedding and reception sites?—–No
Are there any other extra charges that might be added?—-NO!!! It is all written out in our contract for you to review.
Do you bring back-up equipment in case of a problem?—All equipment has a back-up, camera to audio.
Will you need any special lighting or electrical outlets?—NO, We are use to working self-supported.
Will you be at the ceremony ahead of time?—–Yes, about two hours for set up and start shooting.
